In light of Valentine’s Day being yesterday, I figured why not have a pink post. I was planning on posting a keto strawberry cheesecake recipe when it dawned on me that I cannot post it as it still has a few problems with the recipe; it tastes amazing but does not fully solidify in the fridge, and I have to work on finding the right amount of gelatin, or another solidifying agent to add.
With a new semester starting and getting a puppy this week, writing a post was not at the forefront of my mind. I didn’t even know what to write this week, and was struggling to find inspiration. Then it hit me; I should write about my favorite winter fruit, grapefruit!!
Since we got that upper body buff in the first month of the year, I felt it was definitely necessary for use to now work a lower body muscle group. Squats work mainly your glutes, booty, hence the name of this weeks post, and the more the stance is widened the more it works the quadriceps and hamstrings. This is honestly my favorite strength exercise from a point of muscle work, as I definitely have a strength in using my leg muscles. Don’t tell anyone but I wish that I had stronger arms because I love how my arms look doing bicep curls.
